Originating from the state of Gujarat as part of Gujarati cuisine in India Khakhra's are thin crackers made wheat flour and sometimes bean flours and oil. It is served usually during breakfast. Khakharas are uniquely handmade and roasted to provide a delicious crunchy and healthy snack enjoyed with a selection of Indian relishes and chutneys.
Ingredients: Whole wheat flour salt palm oil black pepper carom seeds turmeric powder and spices.
