Gits Sandwich Dhokla is a specialty snack food from Western India. It combines two types of dhokla (indian cornbread): "Khatta Dhokla" or sour dhokla and "Khaman Dhokla" which is made from chickpea (gram) flour. They are joined in this creative snack with a layer of tangy Green Chutney made of coriander and mint leaves.

(ii) Khaman Dhokla Mix:- Chickpea Flour Semolina (Wheat ) Sugar Powder Salt Raising Agents A(Sodium Bicarbonate & Citric Acid) Asafoetida Turmeric & Acidity Regulator (sodium Acetate).
(iii) Green Chutney Mix:- Coriander Leaves Green Chillies Bengal Gram Onions Mint Leaves Garlic Sugar Dry Mango Powder Citric acid.
