Garam is the Hindi word for "warm" or "hot," and this blend of dry-roasted ground spices is used on a daily basis in Indian cooking to give an ecstasy to that spicy and flavorful meal. Garam masala is usually either added to curries (both veg and non veg), vegetable dishes, soups or stews towards the end of cooking or sprinkled over the surface just before serving. Ingredients: coriander seeds, fennel seeds, chilly pwoder, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, nutmeg, salt and cloves. Contains: Sesame Seeds, Mustard, Peanuts, Milk, Wheat & Sulphites.
