Anand Red Chilli & Rice Vadigam is a traditional South Indian sun-dried fryum made from rice and red chilli. It is prepared by mixing rice-based ingredients with red chilli and seasonings then drying the mixture to create small vadigams that can be deep-fried before serving. Once fried they become light crispy and flavorful offering a mildly spicy taste and crunchy texture. Commonly enjoyed as a side dish with rice meals curd rice or festive spreads this vadigam adds extra flavor and crunch to everyday South Indian cuisine.

Ingredients: Rice Flour Salt Chili Powder Cumin Seeds Black Sesame Seeds Asafoetida (Hing).
