From the German invasion of URSS to the fall of Berlin. In June 1941, Germany invaded the Soviet Union, along with Finland, Romania, and other Axis nations. Germany was seeking another lightning victory, like those attained in Poland, France, and elsewhere: four years and millions of lives later, Soviet troops captured Berlin and forced German to surrender. Quartermaster General: East Front is the first 2-player game using the popular Quartermaster General game system and depicts the deadly struggle between the Soviet Union and Germany. The game is played over 16 game rounds, each representing 3 months, starting in Summer 1941 and ending in Spring 1945. The game is won by accumulating Victory Points (VPs), most of which will be awarded for controlling geographical objectives during the four annual scoring rounds. East Front is a fast-playing card-driven game which provides an in-depth look at one of the major operational theaters of the World War 2, allowing players to recreate this historical conflict in less than 2 hours.
