Instant mix to make rice idlis. Ingredients: Rice flour, black gram flour, Edible common salt, Sodium bicarbonate E500-2, Citric Acid E330. Directions For Use: Add 350 ml of Water into the Idli Mix AND mix into a batter Without Lumps. Allow to stand without disturbing for 10 minutes. Apply slight Oil to a set of idli moulds &then pour batter into each mould, Steam cook idlies for 15 minutes, as usual. Allow idlies to cool for 2-3 minutes after removal from the steaming vessel before serving.
