Ingredients: Bengal Gram Flour (71%), Sugar, Citric Acid E330, Sodium Bicarbonate E500, Iodised salt Khaman is a popular traditional snack made from fermented chana dal batter. It is a healthy, readily available powder, which can be used to make Khaman ( a Gujarati delicacy) batter in minutes. Directions for Use: Add 200 ml water in to the khaman mix & mix it very slowly in to a batter, Allow it to stand without disturbing for five minutes. Apply slight oil to a khaman pan & pour batter into it. Steam cook for 15 minutes as usual. Allow khaman to cool for 5 minutes & cut it tnto pieces. Then take 20g of oil & heat it. Add mustard seeds asafoetida ect.
