Coriander seeds are round, beige, and highly aromatic. They are derived from coriander leaves (cilantro). Its popularity is ever-growing in the West and England. This magical spice seems to enhance other spices, generally used alone or in combination with starchy foods and root vegetables. These seeds are widely known for their use with cumin in complex spice blends such as Garam Masala and Curry Powder. It is also a very important English pickling spice and is good with fish, meat, eggs, vegetables, and grains.
