Round, very thin and crispy in texture, Khakharas are commonly eaten in the morning with breakfast. This particular khakhara is made with Bajra, a millet grain also known as pearl millet. They can be enjoyed with a little spread of warm ghee and sprinkled with enclosed masala spice mixture or with pickle masala. Also enjoy with a thin layer of coriander or mint chutney. Khakhara are great as a light snack with tea, coffee and cold soft drinks. Comes in a vacuum sealed pack to retain freshness.
