Palappam are similar to Dosa, but are usually thinner and flavored with coconut. This South Indian specialty mix is made with rice flour, yeast and lentils. This mix is then combined with sugar, salt and water, then fermented for 1 hour. Try adding regular milk or coconut milk for better taste and flavor.
