Preparation: For 1kg Chicken: Heat required cooking oil add chopped onion, tomato, coconut paste and fry till golden brown color. Now add cleaned 1 kg chicken and saute with 50 gms Aachi Chicken Masala. When half cooked add required salt and water. Allow to cook untill tender. When gravy thickens add coriander leaves and serve hot. This Masala can be used for vegetable curry also. Ingredients: Coriander, chilli, turmeric, pepper, cumin, salt, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, garlic, dry ginger, onion, fenugreek and mustard.
