Manisha Didi and her Shivai Mahila Bachat Gat in Shivri village, using locally sourced
Naati Raw Mangoes (Kairi).
This Andhra Mango Pickle is hygienically made by mixing mango pieces with premium roasted spices and
groundnut oil. Garlic roasted in the oil adds a bold garlic flavour, giving you the
authentic homemade South Indian taste.
The pickle is then sun-matured for 14 days, allowing natural fermentation and enhancing
its bold, traditional flavour.
