This sweet lemon pickle is a delicious treat for your taste buds.
The lemons are carefully selected, washed, and dried. Each lemon is cut into four pieces, seeds are removed,
and the pieces are gently crushed. A flavourful mix of salt, sugar, and a
premium spice blend is added to the crushed lemons, along with a hint of hing
to enhance depth and aroma.
The pickle is then matured for 5-7 days, allowing the flavours to blend and develop a well-rounded,
delicious taste.
With its sweet and tangy flavour profile complemented by the subtle touch of hing, this pickle becomes a delightful
addition to any meal.
