Hina Didi and her Ramai Mahila Bachat Gat from Uruli Kanchan. We use only farm-fresh
amla (gooseberries) to prepare this nutritious recipe.
For making Amla Murabba (gooseberry chutney), the locally sourced amla is grated and cooked with
jaggery, allowing the fruit to absorb the caramelized sweetness while retaining its natural tanginess.
High-quality cinnamon and cardamom are added to give an aromatic depth.
The mixture is slow-cooked until all the flavours blend perfectly. Made with jaggery, cinnamon, and cardamom,
this murabba offers a wholesome and unique twist compared to traditional pickles.
