This traditional mango pickle, similar to dry mango pickle (aam ka sukha achar), is made in a village
in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, by Rekha Didi and her Shivai Mahila Bachat Gat.
We use Gavran Kairi, known for its perfect sourness for homemade pickles. The mango pieces are mixed
with premium roasted spices and pre-heated cold-pressed sunflower oil. After mixing, the pickle is sun-dried in
Barnis (ceramic jars), allowing slow and controlled maturation that enriches the flavor and gives an
authentic, homemade taste.
Neem leaves are added naturally to improve shelf life.
