Our sweet and tangy Black Lemon Pickle is a delightful blend of flavours, lovingly made by
Gauri Didi from Vir village.
This Nimbu ka Achar is prepared using the finest yellow Kagzi lemons, which are
handpicked, washed, and dried to ensure complete hygiene. The lemons are cut into four pieces, and all seeds
are removed before mixing.
A perfect balance of salt, sugar, and a premium spice mix is added to develop its rich flavour.
Masala and ajwain (carom seeds) further enhance the taste and add a refreshing kick.
To achieve the ideal taste and texture, the pickle is matured for 3 months, allowing every flavour
to blend beautifully into perfection.
