Our Aam ki Launji (aam ka chutney) is made using high-quality, handpicked
Totapuri Mangoes. These mangoes are grated and cooked with sugar and a premium blend
of spices and condiments to achieve a perfect balance of flavours.
With a hint of hing (asafoetida) and red chilli powder, this Gujarati
chunda offers a delightful mix of sweetness with a mild spicy aftertaste. To enhance the flavour, it is
matured for 3-4 days, allowing all ingredients to blend together perfectly.
