Rounded edge substantially reduces risk of burning painted surface from the edge of the backing plate. More defined rigid construction allows for increased durability, easy self-centering of hook backing plate, better control with high speed buffing action. The BLUE foam is a light cut, and is our most versatile pad. Buff with light compound on clearcoats then rinse with water and apply a polish or wax. Great for humid weather where waxes may cake
