Dhunge Papad (also spelled Dhungre Papad or known as Thokre) is a crispy tube-shaped snack from Nepal and parts of North India. They resemble colorful fryums or papad sticks in shape and texture. Ideal with tea as a light snack or crumbled into chaats or soups for extra crunch.
