Gramiyaa oils are cold pressed in traditional wood and stone mills in a modern, hygienic facility. The wooden pestle rotates only 14 times a minute, similar to ox-driven mills from earlier days. This avoids heating, preserves nutrition, flavour and aroma. Gramiyaa oils also are sieved through cotton fabric. It removes bitter tasting seed sediments and gives you a splutter-free cooking experience. Zero chemicals and preservatives are used in the process. The cold pressed oils are untouched by hands, automatically machine packed in opaque cartons. Gramiyaa wood cold pressed mustard oil has a moderately strong taste with just the right pungency. It is best suited for frying, roasting and specialty cooking. Cold pressed mustard oil has a high smoke point of 250C and is healthy for daily cooking.
