HiColor is a Permanent hair color brand by LOreal Technique that is specifically formulated for dark bases of hair. All of the shades in the line provide multi-level lift on dark hair in one step with no brassiness. The shades are mixed in a 1:1.2 ratio with Oreor Crme Developer 30 volume (20 volume for relaxed hair). Processing time is 30 minutes at room temperature.
