This authentic South Indian powder is used to make a spicy soup dish called Rasam. It is made by mixing the spice mix with toor dal turmeric powder and tamarind powder/paste. Iyengar Rasam Powder is comprised of coriander red chili cumin fenugreek pepper mustard seeds peanut oil asafoetida and dry curry leaves.
