This dark green chutney is made of water, cilantro, soy oil, dried mint, chili peppers, jalapeno peppers, distilled vinegar, salt, coriander, ginger, sugar, coconut, lime juice, citric acid and spices. It's tangy, hot, mint flavor is delicious with breads or mixed with plain yogurt. It usually accompanies dishes with meat and lamb seekh kebabs as well as for vegetarian snacks.
