These Mustards Seeds Range In Color From Beige Or Yellow To Light Brown. This Contrasts With Black Mustards Which Has Brown To Black Mustard Seeds. They Can Be Used Whole For Pickling Or Toasted For Use In Dishes. When Ground And Mixed With Other Ingredients, A Paste Or More Standard Condiment Can Be Produced From This Herb Seed. Use This Herb On Its Own Or With Cress As A Garnish, Or Use To Add Flavor And Spice To Salads. Ellow Herb And Microgreens Seeds. Non-Gmo, Open Pollinated. Yellow Mustard Microgreens Mature In 10 To 14 Days, From Seed To Harvest. Grow As You Would Any Other Mustard Seeds.
