A traditional South Indian spice made with gram dal, green gram dal, curry leaf, salt below 20%, black gram, chili, pepper and ghee. This mixture of lentils and spices can be used with ghee, coconut oil or sesame oil for cooked rice. This powder can also be used for idli, dosai, poori or chapati as a chutney powder.
