Indian Sugar Khand, also known as Khandsari, is a traditional, minimally processed sugar that retains much of its natural molasses content. It is made from sugarcane juice, which is clarified and crystallized without the use of chemicals or additives. Khand has a light golden or off-white color and a mildly sweet, caramel-like flavor, making it distinct from refined white sugar.
