A rare oolong tea from China that has been roasted at low temperatures for a pleasurable floral note. A select oolong with a natural Jasmine lactone* was selected by us and we asked the chainmen to store the tea in a wooden chests for maturation with real Jasmine flowers. This practice is commissioned by Sancha imparts a higher note for the nose. This finish is long as the mellow Lactone sticks to your palate as you sip the tea slowly. *Kobayashi, 1985
