A-One Series of carrom boards are also approved for used in state ranking carrom tournaments. A-One series plywood is specially selected considering requirements of carrom players and are the second best quality carrom plywood after the birch plywood.
We want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with what they purchase from us. We offer 14 days return policy from the day you receive your order under following conditions:
Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
20% discretionary restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange unless the item is defective or damaged merchandise. Any item that is Misused or abused will not be considered as defective.
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Gandhi Appliances before returning any merchandise. Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number.
All returns must be brand new, factory sealed, unused, untouched and in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge.
Returns must be received within 5 days of the RMA???s issuance.
Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. If item was shipped FREE, original S&H is deducted upon return/exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. Gandhi Appliances is not responsible for returned packages if lost by carrier.
