TruShelf prefabricated Shower Shelves are made of high-density lightweight extruded polystyrene with a strong cement and fiber mesh layer on the top and bottom surfaces for quick and easy installation. The TruShelf is used to maximize convenient storage space within any size shower and are often a beautiful architectural accent. Unlike shower benches, the TruShelf does not need to be covered with bonded polyethylene waterproofing membrane because they are made of extruded polystyrene which is already waterproof by its composition. The TruShelf comes with (2) trinangle corner shelves per pack. Simply install the TruShelf with thin-set mortar or TruSeal Sealant then install tile according to best industry practices.
