Turn Speed Up To Medium And Mix For 6-8 Minutes. The Dough Should Be Smooth And Pull Away From The Sides Of The Bowl. Transfer Dough To A Large Bowl Greased With Oil. Cover And Let Rise For 1 Hour, Or Until Doubled In Size. Punch Down Dough And Divide Into 12 Equal Portions, About 2.5 Oz Each.
