Instant mix to make rice idlis.
Ingredients: Rice flour black gram flour Edible common salt Sodium bicarbonate E500-2 Citric Acid E330.
Directions For Use: Add 350 ml of Water into the Idli Mix AND mix into a batter Without Lumps. Allow to stand without disturbing for 10 minutes. Apply slight Oil to a set of idli moulds &then pour batter into each mould Steam cook idlies for 15 minutes as usual. Allow idlies to cool for 2-3 minutes after removal from the steaming vessel before serving.
