Return Policy
Quicklly (ZiFiti) now offers you hassle-free returns in the USA. Our return policy is as under
1. In case you receive products from Quicklly (ZiFiti) in damaged condition due to shipping or in defective condition, you will be eligible for a full refund. You need to provide valid proof of damage/defect within 3 days of product delivery to be eligible for the refund.
2. In case the received products are not damaged or defective, but you still want to return them for other reasons, Quicklly (ZiFiti) will take the returns on behalf of the sellers at their USA office.
This can be done in the following ways
2.1. Quicklly (ZiFiti) will share a return shipping label with you. You are expected to send back the products with this label to the Quicklly (ZiFiti) USA address, mentioned below, to get a refund post deduction of TO and FRO shipping charges, on the returned products.
2.2. You can return the products on your own and pay the shipping charges yourself. Quicklly (ZiFiti) will refund the amount-Price of the Goods minus the shipping fee that you paid. You will need to provide a valid proof of shipping charges incurred to be eligible for refund in this manner. Product returns would only be accepted within 15 days post product delivery.
3. We do not accept any returns on Food items. However, if you are not happy with the Food item, you will receive a refund on a case-to-case basis, after our customer representative gets in touch with you.
4. Quicklly (ZiFiti) reserves the right-to-refuse service to buyers who abuse the return process and to ban the buyers permanently from using Quicklly (ZiFiti) services.
