2. In case the received products are not damaged or defective, but you still want to return them for other reasons, Quicklly (ZiFiti) will take the returns on behalf of the sellers at their USA office.
This can be done in the following ways
2.1. Quicklly (ZiFiti) will share a return shipping label with you. You are expected to send back the products with this label to the Quicklly (ZiFiti) USA address, mentioned below, to get a refund post deduction of TO and FRO shipping charges, on the returned products.
2.2. You can return the products on your own and pay the shipping charges yourself. Quicklly (ZiFiti) will refund the amount-Price of the Goods minus the shipping fee that you paid.
