Sushi Rice is the classic short grain rice from Japan especially used to make sushi rolls, rice cakes and other Japanese Cuisine. Sushi rice is characteristically sticky due to higher starch content which gives the sushi its signature form. Cooking sushi rice is in itself a mastery, to get the perfect texture and form for the sushi rolls the rice should be light, fluffy and a little sticky after cooking. Have a nice meal!
