Ferns’ Brinjal Pickle is a tangy mildly spicy Indian pickle made from large hand-picked pieces of aubergine (about 65% brinjal) preserved in a blend of sunflower oil vinegar (acetic acid) sugar and water. It’s seasoned with green chillies chili powder mustard cumin and turmeric to deliver a rich balanced flavor. The pickle has a mild heat level is gluten-free vegan and does not contain artificial colors or flavors. It’s traditionally enjoyed as a flavorful side to rice curries naan or rotis — but can also be used to add a spicy twist to burgers.
